Update Regarding COVID-19

Please be aware that, as a result of COVID-19, several shipping firms are prioritizing the delivery and receipt of emergency and critical medical equipment. This might imply that your shipment is kept for a prolonged amount of time by the delivery firm, resulting in longer wait periods and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something we have no control over.

Where do we ship?

We ship all around the world! Shipment fees will be calculated based on your shipping address and will be applied during the checkout process. We also conduct discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for special offers.

We provide free worldwide shipping

on all orders above $100. A fixed cost of $12.99 will be applied to any order that is less than this amount if no promotions were offered.

Please note that products that are heavy or fragile are subject to extra shipping charges that are calculated per product. Free Shipping on orders over $100 does not apply to these goods.

Please be aware that, as a result of the shipping port crisis of 2021, there may still be a backlog at the port that is beyond our control. This might imply that the shipping firm holds your shipment for an extended length of time, resulting in greater wait periods and delays. We hope you understand because this is something we have no control over.

Orders handled in the United States will arrive in 5 to 15 business days. Depending on where you reside, overseas orders might take anywhere from 7 to 20 business days to arrive.

Please keep in mind that if you ordered something on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive owing to production delays. The majority of pre-ordered items will take 45 business days to arrive.

Our order processing period is normally 2-3 business days, after which the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our delivery timeframes are determined on your location on the globe.

Don't be scared to change things up when you're shopping for your home! Return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging 

There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.

We do not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are very aware of how aggravating this scenario may be. Once we've determined that the item was faulty, we'll send you a completely new one. If the item is to be returned, we are responsible for the shipping charges.

For the damaged or faulty goods, we'll give return instructions. Make sure you finish this step within 30 days after receiving your package.

Please accept our apologies for your less-than-ideal experience.

Our returns staff will be able to put you in the right direction for shipping your return. After we receive the merchandise, we will handle your return within 2 business days.

If you can provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment, it will make it simpler for us to process your return as quickly as possible! The cost of return postage is not covered by us.

Return times are determined by how quickly you can mail the items and when we get them

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been submitted to us for fulfillment. To offset transaction processing fees, there is a 5% cancellation charge. If we process a cancellation, Shopify does not return these payments to us.

We frequently submit products for fulfillment within a few hours, so the sooner you notify us of the cancellation, the more likely we are to be able to accommodate you.

If your item has already been dispatched, you must adhere to our return policy to get a refund once you have received your merchandise. Our customer care staff is standing ready to assist you!
